Eligibility and agreement

You accept these Terms through the account onboarding step. You must have any permission required by applicable law to use the service. Protect your sign-in account and do not access another person’s projects.

The service and its limits

GENBRX provides private brick-model design, editing, generation and exports. Public publication, third-party seller trading and payment collection are not enabled in this release. AI or other features may remain unavailable until their provider processing has been approved.

Generated outputs can be inaccurate or similar to other users’ outputs. Automatic checks cover supported geometry and connections; they do not certify safety, stability, assembly access or availability of parts and colors. Review the building guidance before relying on an export or physically building a model.

Your inputs and designs

You retain the rights you hold in your inputs and human-authored work. You grant the operator a nonexclusive license to store, process, transform and display content as necessary to provide the features you request, protect the service and meet legal duties. Saving a shape does not publish it or grant other users a license.

You must have the permissions needed for submitted material and its requested processing. Provider allocation of output rights does not establish copyright protection, exclusivity or clearance of third-party rights. Check rights before publishing, selling or reposting exports. GENBRX does not acquire a general advertising license to your content through these Terms.

AI and reference material

Requested AI operations may send prompts, relevant project context, renders and permitted reference material to the providers identified in the Privacy Notice. Do not upload confidential information, sensitive personal information or identifiable personal photos unless the supported workflow expressly permits it. Review outputs before use. A Stop action may prevent future workflow steps without cancelling processing already submitted to a provider.

Acceptable use and concerns

Follow the content rules. Do not infringe rights, threaten or exploit people, distribute unlawful content or malware, mislead others about verification, disrupt the service or bypass security and limits. The operator may restrict access or remove material where reasonably necessary for safety, security, legal compliance or material rule violations.

Report concerns or appeal an earlier decision. Include a content location or request reference and reasons. Reports may require identity or authority verification proportionate to the request.

Availability and account closure

Features and experimental outputs may change or become unavailable. You can export account records and request deletion from account settings. Binary models and PDFs should be downloaded from their projects first. Account access is disabled immediately after an accepted deletion request; provider, storage and lawful retention handling are described in the Privacy Notice.

Independent product and third-party material

LEGO® is a trademark of the LEGO Group. GENBRX is independent and is not sponsored, authorized or endorsed by the LEGO Group. Third-party assets retain their applicable licenses; see credits and licensing. Descriptive references do not promise official certification or a partnership.

Responsibility and mandatory rights

You are responsible for reviewing designs, instructions, parts sourcing and permissions before use. No disclaimer removes mandatory consumer rights or liability that applicable law prohibits excluding. The service does not supply professional engineering or safety certification.

Law, changes and contact

These terms do not exclude protections or rights provided by applicable law.

Material changes will be notified where required. A new policy version requires renewed account acceptance. Contact the operator using the details above or the request form.
